PT Wings Surya merupakan perusahaan penghasil produk-produk rumah tangga dan pemeliharaan kesehatan diri yang bermarkas di Surabaya, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada 21 September 1948 dengan nama Fa Wings. Pada tahun 1991, ia berganti nama menjadi Wings Surya. Pada tahun 1981, pabrik ketiga PT. Cipta Segar Harum (kemudian berganti nama menjadi PT. Lionindo Jaya sejak tahun 1990 dan kembali berganti nama menjadi PT.   1. People Development Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology or any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Organization Development / Talent Management or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel.

2. Assessment Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling psychological assessment

3. Supply Chain Management Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, & Biotechnology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent in managing data.

4. Transport Controller

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Candidate with at least 1 year in related field or potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent in managing data

5. Internal Audit

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
  • Having 1-5 years of work experience in the audit field

6. Learning Facilitator

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Having a good knowledge of Training Need Analysis, Training For Trainer, and Training Effectiveness Evaluation.

7. Asisstant Product Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience or intern within marketing or sales preferred.

8. Category Development Executive

Requirements:

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Candidate with at least 1-2 years category executive work experienced or potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • General Requirements
  • For Fresh Graduates, should obtain minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0).
  • Strong personal leadership, collaborations, and teamwork.
  • Great initiative, highly motivated, and creative.
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Have a positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
